Using QueuePulse
You can browse parks, wait times, show schedules, and park hours without creating an account. The current app has no advertising. Its Android package does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or the Android advertising identifier.
Requests and service operation
Loading pages and park information sends normal internet request information to the systems delivering QueuePulse, including the requested address, network address, browser headers, and request time. Hosting systems can record connection and error logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
The Android app uses Android Browser Helper to open QueuePulse in a browser on your device. Page addresses are passed to that browser to display the requested content. The browser's own services and settings are governed by its privacy notice.
Usage analytics
The website, including the website opened by the Android app, uses GoatCounter to understand visits and improve the service. Enabled collection includes pageviews, referring pages and campaign parameters, browser and operating-system names, screen size, language, country, and region for the United States, Russia, and China. Location is inferred from the network address; QueuePulse does not request device GPS location.
Individual pageview records and visitor sessions are enabled. GoatCounter processes the network address and browser header in memory for up to eight hours to distinguish visits and associates visits with a randomly generated session identifier. GoatCounter states that it does not persist the IP address or full User-Agent header, or store tracking cookies or other identifiers in the visitor's browser. Preferences and cached information
QueuePulse uses browser cookies, local storage, and cached files to remember selections and preferences, including park, theme, and accessibility-planning choices, and to support cached information when offline. Cookies can accompany requests to QueuePulse. You can remove this saved information through your browser's site-data settings; removing only the Android package may leave website data in the browser. QueuePulse does not ask you to upload medical records or create a medical profile.
Contact and external services
If you email support, we receive the address and information you include and use them to handle your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or medical records. Optional tip links open PayPal; payment information you enter there is handled by PayPal under its own privacy notice. QueuePulse does not provide digital purchases or paid access in the current release. Other external links, including park operators' timetables, are governed by those services' policies.
Retention and deletion
GoatCounter's current retention setting has no automatic expiry for pageviews and associated data. Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting systems' logging and rotation configuration. Support correspondence remains in the support mailbox until removed.
Contact matthewedevelopment@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information that can be associated with you. Some analytics records cannot be linked back to a particular person after the temporary session mapping expires. Clearing browser site data removes locally saved preferences and cached information on that browser.
Children and families
QueuePulse is a family-friendly park-planning service designed for adults and teens. It is not designed specifically for children under 13. It has no user accounts, user-to-user messaging, or ads in its current release. The automatically processed information and preferences described above apply when the website or app is used. A parent or guardian can contact the privacy email about a child's use or information. Optional financial support is intended for adults.
Changes
We will update this notice and the Google Play disclosures when data handling changes, including before introducing advertising that changes the practices described here. The effective date appears at the beginning of this notice.
